Sr Manager Procurement
Location: Cochin
CTC: 10 – 12 LPA
Experience: 10 – 15 years in Procurement (Minimum 4 years in a managerial role )
Age Criteria: 35 – 45 years
Education: Post Graduation
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to vendor locations

Role Summary

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic procurement plans ensuring efficient sourcing vendor management and cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business goals
* Prepare and monitor daily and weekly reports on Plan vs Actual (RP and CMFG)
* Coordinate with warehouse and plant teams for stock verification and order execution
* Lead weekly and monthly procurement review meetings
* Identify and develop new vendors particularly for rice and related products
* Collaborate with the accounts team on vendor payments balances and financial reconciliations
* Ensure vendor audits are conducted in compliance with ISO standards
* Prepare weekly vendor connect reports and procurement updates
* Handle price negotiations and follow up with vendors for timely material dispatch
* Analyze sales forecasts and plan raw material requirements accordingly
* Travel to vendor locations as required
