Academic: BE IT/BCA/MCA preferred or/and Certified Course from reputed IT institutes) PMP/ITIL Certified

Salary upto 15 lpa

Experience:

7-8 years of progressive experience having led GC/HB development work.

5 year Project Management experience

Competencies

Experience in design architecture development and deployment of MVC & Web Forms C# WCF LINQ
JavaScript/jQuery AJAX XML and JSON.
AWS/Azure Certification highly regarded.
Well versed in Project Management tools like JIRA RALLY Microsoft Project Plan and TFS/VSTS
Good knowledge of GC methodology and Iterative development.

Preferably CSM certified.
Good to have experience in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010/2013 SharePoint Designer SharePoint templates predefined
and custom workflows SharePoint team lead capabilities and best practices data view web part utilization custom web part
development and troubleshooting are preferred.
Proven commitment to and understanding of the software development life cycle
Clear and effective communication abilities
Experience in CI/CD tools.
Primary Responsibilities:

Role Description

Responsible for interacting with business users Development and execution of midsize projects using Microsoft based technologies converting user requirements into executable code
Proactively manage and handle change requirements identify potential crises and devise contingency plan
Prepare progress reports for project stakeholders requirements documentation and presentations
Create and manage the plan for moving technical solutions to final client hand-off
Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team
Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans processes and communication standards for the operations teams
Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project
Provide technical leadership in support of best practices to a project ensuring solutions are scalable available and functional
Lead requirements interpretation design and custom application development in support of Microsoft technologies utilizing SharePoint Designer Microsoft Visual Studio and third-party plugins
Ability to work with internal team & external Business Partners (Vendors)
Provide production support for assigned systems and troubleshoot technical issues

Experience in GC Health Buzz
Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills (CXOs)
Vendor Management
Should have managed 6-8 projects in parallel (duration of 1year and budget 5cr) independently
Technical Skills (Competent in any 5 MVC Portals Middleware Web Services Integrations APIs SQL Servers Mobility Data BI CRM Core Insurance Systems SAP Event Engines Rules Management)

Must Have

1) Should understand Distribution and Commissions.
2) He/she will receive requirement from Business Analyst and they will generate the project and ensure its successful and timely delivery.
3) They have to share requirements of the part of the project which they cant develop internally and get it delivered.
4) They should have InfoSec background.
5) We use C2L biz Software for this role. If they have knowledge if their softwares it would be great.
6) Will have to Target GIs especially Kotak GI or Zuno GI as they use C2L Bizz softwares
