Job Title: IT Recruiter (Consultancy)
Location: Noida (Work from Office 5 Days)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic IT Recruiter with experience in mid to senior-level hiring for multiple client requirements. The role involves end-to-end sourcing candidate management and interview coordination with a strong focus on meeting monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for client requirements across IT roles (Developers Testers AI Data Engineering etc.)
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening and interview coordination (no onboarding)
- Use job portals such as Naukri Shine LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial HR screenings and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
- Perform mass emailing cold calling and follow-ups with candidates
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment (consultancy/staffing preferred)
- Experience in mid to senior-level hiring
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers QA/Testers AI Data Engineering)
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Shine LinkedIn sourcing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven with ability to work under pressure
