Job Title: Executive - IT Location: Delhi
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to provide Level 1 (L1) technical support across end-user systems network infrastructure and enterprise platforms. The role involves troubleshooting routine maintenance and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-User Support (Desktop & Laptop):
•
Provide L1 support for desktops laptops and peripheral devices.
•
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
•
Install configure and maintain operating systems and applications.
•
Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets.
2. Server Maintenance:
•
Assist in routine server maintenance activities.
•
Perform patch updates during planned off-production windows.
•
Monitor server health and escalate issues when required.
3. Exchange Online Support:
•
Provide L1 support for Exchange Online environment.
•
Handle basic user management tasks such as mailbox creation access permissions and troubleshooting email issues.
4. Network Support (L1):
•
Support basic network operations including LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
•
Troubleshoot network access problems and coordinate with higher-level support teams.
•
Monitor network performance and report anomalies.
5. Asset Management:
•
Maintain and update IT asset inventory records.
•
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of hardware/software assets.
•
Support internal audits by providing accurate asset logs and reports.
6. Microsoft 365 Intune & IAM Support:
•
Provide L1 support for Microsoft 365 applications.
•
Assist in device management using Intune.
•
Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks such as user provisioning access control and password resets. Requirements
