Job Summary:
The Change and Communication Lead is responsible for managing change and communication strategies for multi-year projects particularly within the public sector. This role requires experience in enterprise-level change management stakeholder engagement and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience with various digital communication tools.
Location:Canada Remote
Responsibilities:
- Leading organization-wide change from planning to implementation.
- Leading change involving CAMA solutions at a provincial or federal level.
- Leading communication efforts and utilizing effective communication skills in large enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
- Identifying stakeholders and engaging them in contributing to effective change.
- Working with digital communication and collaboration tools.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of six (6) years of Change Management experience in multi-year projects.
- Clearly demonstrated experience in enterprise-level change and communication management in the public sector (3 projects).
- Clearly demonstrated experience working with a provincial or federal property assessment division in an enterprise-level change and communications function for a transformational project.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications (Word PowerPoint Excel Forms and SharePoint) and digital communication and collaboration tools (MS Teams Zoom Miro etc.).
- Professional Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent).
- Full professional proficiency in both official languages (English and French).
- 6 years experience leading organization-wide change from planning to implementation (at least 3 multi-year projects).
- 6 years experience proactively leading the communication efforts and utilized effective communication skills in large enterprise-level digital transformation projects (at least 3 projects).
- 6 Years experience identifying stakeholders and engaging stakeholders in contributing to effective change. (at least 3 projects)
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Clearly demonstrated experience with leading change involving Tyler Technology CAMA solutions at provincial or federal level (1 year).
