About the Role:

The Principal Global Deal Review Consultant is a senior strategic partner within Sales Strategy and Operations supporting Sales Finance Legal and crossfunctional stakeholders with primary focus on optimizing Falcon Flex deal structures ensuring revenue and policy compliance and enabling scalable disciplined deal execution. The consultant will play a critical role in driving CrowdStrike ARR growth and advancing the global maturity of the Falcon Flex program.

What Youll Do:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex advising on deal structure policy economics and governance for new and existing customers

  • Lead Falcon Flex deal lifecycle design and execution including new acquisitions activations expansions and renewals

  • Own endtoend Falcon Flex deal reviews and manage approval workflows to ensure compliant and optimized transactions

  • Coordinate deal strategy and execution across Sales Operations Finance Legal Alliance partners and customers

  • Support nonstandard transactions through crossfunctional review and approval processes

  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess commercial terms risk and operational impact

  • Communicate deal recommendations risks and status to senior crossfunctional leadership

  • Advise on pricing strategy and structuring for current and emerging gotomarket offerings

  • Partner with Finance Legal Sales Operations IT Marketing and Alliance teams to drive policy alignment operational efficiency and automation

  • Identify and lead process and system improvements related to Falcon Flex deal execution

What Youll Need:

  • 8 years of experience in enterprise sales operations finance deal desk or related roles within a SaaS environment

  • Strong understanding of subscription and ARR business models

  • Proven experience in financial modeling BI/data analysis and deal evaluation

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and complex sales infrastructure

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Sales Finance Legal Operations and IT

  • Strategic consultative mindset with sound judgment and problemsolving skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional influence capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English. This role works closely with customers in Japan so ability to communicate at a high business or native level is required.
