Job Summary
Profile:E-Commerce Executive-Wellness-Surat-80k
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce operations
-
Experience in FMCG/ Supplements/ D2C brands (preferrable)
Salary Range: 50k - 80k
Roles:
-
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations on Amazon Flipkart Blinkit Zepto etc.
-
Create and optimize product listings (titles images keywords descriptions pricing)
-
Handle order processing dispatch coordination and returns management
-
Monitor seller panel metrics and resolve backend/account issues
-
Manage website sales performance and optimize conversion funnels
-
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads marketplace ads)
-
Track ROAS CAC and campaign performance to improve sales efficiency
-
Plan and manage marketplace advertising budgets and promotional campaigns
-
Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns regularly
-
Manage inventory planning and forecasting based on sales trends
-
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stock-outs or overstock
-
Develop monthly and quarterly strategies for e-commerce growth

Identify and onboard new marketplaces and sales channels when required
-
Coordinate basic creatives such as banners offer creatives and campaign visuals
-
Maintain reports and ensure smooth backend and operational workflows
Qualification:
-
Graduate in Marketing Business E-commerce or related field
-
Certifications in Digital Marketing or E-commerce platforms will be an advantage
