Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to join our team in this role you will be responsible for driving revenue by managing the complete sales cycle—from initial lead qualification to closing deals. You will act as the primary point of contact for potential customers understanding their needs within the consumer services space and providing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and business growth.


Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Handle inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and proactively reach out to potential customers via outbound calling and email.

Sales Conversion: Understand customer requirements explain the value proposition of our services and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a database of prospects using CRM tools ensuring disciplined follow-up and movement of leads through the sales funnel.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide insights to management regarding lead quality and market feedback.


Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales Tele-sales or Business Development (Experience in the Consumer Service industry is highly preferred).

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune.

Education: Bachelors degree in any field.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Knowledge of Marathi is a plus).

Skills:

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
