Role Overview

We are seeking aSenior Java Lead Developerto join the Regulatory Operations (RegOps) technology this role you will work closely withOperations Compliance Risk and IT teamsto deliver regulatory reporting and operational capabilities using moderndata architectures and enterprise integration technologies.

This position requires astrong server-side Java developer with messaging-based architecture experience along with the ability tolead a small team of developers and manage deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of hands-on Java development primarily focused onserver-side systems
Strong experience withCore JavaSpring FrameworkApache Camel andXML
Experience buildingmessaging-driven architectures
Hands-on experience withmessage queue technologies including:
- Kafka
- JMS
- ActiveMQ
- IBM MQ
Strong experience withSQLand relational databases such as:
- SQL Server
- Sybase
Experience working inAgile development environments
Familiarity withCI/CD tools including:
- Jenkins
- Git
- SonarQube
Proven experienceleading small-to-medium development teams mentoring developers and managing delivery timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience inFixed Income or derivatives trading systems
Knowledge of financial products includingIRD FX or CRD
Experience working withregulatory reporting systems
Exposure tocollateral management processes
Experience withMurexis a plus
