Infor SyteLineCSI Developer

Our client is experiencing significant growth and is looking to add a strong Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Technical Administrator / Developer to their expanding IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Infor team supporting a highly customized CSI environment used byapproximately 250 power users across the organization.

This role will play a key part in the ongoing growth optimization and technical development of the ERP ecosystem helping the organization continue to scale its operations while maintaining system performance stability and innovation.

Candidates who also possess SQL Server DBA experience will move to the top of the list as this environment relies heavily on SQL performance tuning and database optimization.

This is a full-time on-site role (MondayFriday) with some schedule flexibility offered.

Key Responsibilities

Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Administration & Development

• Administer maintain and enhance the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP platform
• Support a highly customized CSI environment including custom forms logic integrations and extensions
• Perform ERP upgrades uplifts and patching to ensure system reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while continuously improving system stability
• Manage user roles security and access controls
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Infor Mongoose and related development tools

SQL Server & Database Support (Nice to Have Highly Valued)

• Support and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases supporting the ERP environment
• Write and maintain T-SQL queries stored procedures and scripts
• Monitor database performance and assist with query optimization and indexing strategies
• Support backup recovery and disaster recovery processes

Candidates with strong SQL Server DBA experience will receive priority consideration.

ERP Development & Integration

• Design develop and deploy custom ERP functionality reports and integrations
• Develop solutions using C# .NET SQL and Infor Mongoose tools
• Support data migration ETL processes and integrations between enterprise systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable ERP enhancements

ERP Support & Collaboration

• Assist with ERP troubleshooting and end-user support when needed
• Document technical solutions configurations and troubleshooting procedures
• Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to deliver continuous system improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)
• Strong experience with ERP administration customization and troubleshooting
• Experience developing solutions using C# .NET SQL or similar technologies
• Strong experience writing T-SQL queries and database scripts
• Experience supporting ERP upgrades patches and system enhancements
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset

Preferred / Nice to Have

• SQL Server DBA experience (highly valued)
• Experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing environments
• Experience with Infor Mongoose Infor ION or other Infor technologies
• Experience with SSRS Power BI or ERP reporting tools
• Exposure to cloud-hosted ERP environments
