The role
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially focused Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This role plays a critical part in optimizing sales processes strengthening data integrity and enabling sales teams to meet strategic growth objectives in a manufacturingdriven environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills handson CRM expertise and experience partnering crossfunctionally within packaging or industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Design implement and continuously improve sales processes tools and workflows.
Drive CRM adoption data accuracy reporting standards and process discipline.
Develop and analyze sales reports forecasts KPIs and dashboards to support decisionmaking.
Provide actionable insights to sales leadership based on performance and trend analysis.
Coordinate pricing quotations and contract processes with Sales Finance and Commercial teams.
Support onboarding and enablement of new sales team members.
Serve as a key liaison between Sales Production Supply Chain Logistics and Customer Service.
Support lead time management capacity alignment and customer expectations.
Lead or support initiatives such as new product launches territory planning and customer segmentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the sales function.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales Supply Chain or related field.
5 years of experience in sales operations commercial support or business analysis.
Experience in plastics packaging or manufacturing environments preferred.
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
Proven ability to support highperforming sales teams in fastpaced productdriven organizations.
Excellent crossfunctional communication and stakeholder management skills.
