Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Guest Service Specialist & Sales Representative to join our car wash team. This position is responsible for assisting customers at the pay station processing transactions answering questions about services and ensuring smooth traffic flow at the entrance of the car wash. The ideal candidate is friendly attentive and comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing car wash services at the kiosk or pay station
- Process cash credit card and digital payments accurately
- Answer customer questions about wash packages memberships and promotions
- Ensure the pay station and entrance area remain clean and organized
- Monitor traffic flow and help guide customers when necessary
- Report any equipment issues or customer concerns to management
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Basic computer and payment system knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems accurately
- Reliable punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors if required
Schedule:
