Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site position for a Personal Assistant to the Director based in Accra. The Personal Assistant will manage the Directors diary organize schedules and perform administrative and clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Director in day-to-day activities coordinating communications preparing reports and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system





Requirements

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling
  • Working experience of 2 years and above.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools such as MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or a relevant field.
