Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a this role you will serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients ensuring client satisfaction and providing strategic planning. You will leverage your expertise in commercial property and casualty insurance to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating exposures obtaining quotes and negotiating and finalizing terms with carriers.
- Analyzing client risks and providing tailored recommendations.
- Developing market strategies and creating comprehensive carrier submissions.
- Managing renewals endorsements cancellations and proofs of insurance.
- Maintaining accurate account details contacts and policy information in EPIC.
- Preparing and delivering client communications including proposals and pre-renewal letters.
- Conducting contract reviews and ensuring compliance with binding documents.
- Providing consultation on coverage needs and program design.
- Staying informed on industry trends and acting as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborating effectively with clients colleagues and carriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a strong understanding of insurance coverages.
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Active state Property & Casualty insurance license.
Essential Skills/Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and other MS Office products.
- Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier platforms.
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to analyze risks develop strategies and provide innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Expertise in guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex situations.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
