Role: Technical Product Manager
Location: San Antonio TX (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Technical Product Manager to drive the vision roadmap and execution of digital products in the Personal Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams translating customer needs and business goals into scalable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with security compliance and enterprise architecture standards.
Define and drive the product vision roadmap and strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within digital products and services.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle including planning development testing release and post-launch optimization.
Own and prioritize the product backlog ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Write epics user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable and secure digital solutions.
Understand and interpret architecture diagrams data flows and system designs.
Support development of API-driven microservices-based platforms on cloud environments.
Drive Agile delivery processes including sprint planning backlog grooming reviews and retrospectives.
Prioritize work using product management frameworks such as RICE MoSCoW or WSJF.
Use KPIs dashboards and analytics tools to measure product performance and inform product decisions.
Run and interpret A/B testing and product experiments to optimize user experiences.
Collaborate with UX and design teams to deliver high-quality digital user experiences.
Validate solutions through user research feedback loops and usability testing.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders across engineering UX compliance operations and business teams.
Communicate product status milestones and risks to leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure product delivery aligns with security regulatory and compliance standards especially in BFSI environments.
Strong understanding of APIs microservices integrations and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Experience interpreting system architecture data flows and technical design documents.
Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines monitoring tools and SRE fundamentals.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts including ETL data models and analytics.
Strong Agile / Scrum product management experience.
Ability to make data-driven product decisions using metrics and analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
