Commercial Property Solicitor Manchester 50k

The firm has a strong reputation in the regional market and acts for a broad range of commercial clients including landlords developers investors and corporate occupiers. It is known for delivering commercially focused advice and maintaining long-standing client relationships.

The Role

You will join an experienced and collaborative team advising on a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters.

The role will involve:

Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases
Lease renewals and regears
Portfolio management work
Supporting on acquisitions and disposals with a strong asset management focus
Providing strategic commercially minded advice to clients

You will have responsibility for your own files while also working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.

Your Requirements

3 years PQE in Commercial Property
Strong landlord and tenant experience
Comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision
Commercially aware with strong client care skills
Keen to get involved in business development
