About the Role
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise within a dynamic and well-resourced department known for its strong client relationships and commercial will join a collaborative team advising a broad client base including developers investors lenders and business owners. The role offers a balance of autonomy and support allowing you to manage your own caseload while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services and supporting the teams development including:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Providing clear pragmatic and client-focused advice
- Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
- Supporting business development and strengthening the departments market presence
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical expertise and a solutions-driven approach
- Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Professional approachable and client-focused manner
