As Sales and Account Manager you will be known for your excellent communication and presentation skills and will bring experience in sustainable growth success. This role is based at Pacts Villawood site working with customers in NSW.
Specifically you will:
- Ensure that our customers are supported actively and with ongoing relationships in mind
- Conduct regular review meetings
- Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies for the household and Industrial segment
- Prepare and present reporting and analysis on business activity performance against targets and market industry opportunities
- Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business
- Represent the customers voice within the business and ensure their excellent experience throughout PACT
- Identify sales training needs and participate in sales training programs as required
- Liaise with Quality Assurance and production for the external issue of specifications for customer approval

With experience in sales management and astute commercial acumen you will also bring:
- Resilience with a strong desire to achieve operational excellence and delivery of agreed growth objectives
- Strategic and collaborative approach that embeds and harnesses commitment to customer value and service excellence
- Entrepreneurial mindset technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes is highly beneficial
- Enthusiasm and solutions provision in your Account Management
- Demonstrated commitment and belief of Safety in the workplace and working Toward Zero Harm
