About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an Account Manager to join Programmed Electrical Technologies focused on the management retention and growth of established key customer accounts. Based in Banyo this role centres on building longterm client relationships overseeing commercial performance and supporting successful delivery outcomes across ongoing and repeat projects.

While the role is primarily focused on managing and growing established key customer relationships it also provides scope to identify and progress new opportunities that naturally arise through strong client engagement and market awareness.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Banyo QLD

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for allocated key accounts building trusted longterm customer relationships
• Develop and manage account plans focused on retention growth and longterm value
• Support quoting tendering and pricing activities for existing clients ensuring commercial discipline and margin control
• Collaborate with delivery design and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
• Monitor account performance identify risks and opportunities within existing relationships and provide commercial insights to management
• Resolve customer issues proactively and support continuous improvement in service delivery
• Maintain accurate forecasts reporting and account documentation

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in commerce business management or a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within a hands-on operational environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills
• Audio Visual and Unified Comms quoting experience would be highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Motivated with an ability to self-organize & manage time
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin and financial performance
• A proactive relationshipdriven approach to managing accounts and identifying growth opportunities within existing clients
• Commitment to safety quality and environmental standards
