Job Summary
The Lead Lifeguard ensures the safety cleanliness and smooth operation of the pool and deck areas while supervising and supporting the lifeguard team. This role assists with training coaching and scheduling and upholds all safety protocols health regulations and company standards to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. |

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally
- Leadership qualities with the ability to support and guide lifeguard staff
- Knowledge of pool safety emergency response and operational procedures
- Ability to remain calm focused and effective in fastpaced or highpressure situations
- Strong organizational skills to assist with training scheduling and daily operations
Must be at least 18 years of age
Lifeguard and CPR certifications required (must be obtained prior to employment)
Previous lifeguard experience required; leadership experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending pushing and pulling
Ability to stand walk and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to perform rescue skills in accordance with American Red Cross guidelines
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
