Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Lead to design and deliver scalable high-performance enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java technologies experience in solution architecture and the ability to lead development teams while collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level applications using Java-based technologies
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices are followed
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery including design development testing and deployment
- Review code ensure quality standards and guide team members on performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers QA and DevOps
- Define and implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Ensure application scalability security and reliability
- Participate in client discussions solution presentations and technical proposals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Core Java Spring Boot Spring Framework and Microservices Architecture
- Experience with REST APIs web services and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL such as MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB)
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins Git Maven etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
