Technical Delivery: Proven track record of managing backlogs removing cross-team blockers and coordinating complex risks.
Data-Driven: Proficiency in using delivery metrics (Jira/Confluence) to improve predictability and transparency.

Optimization: Beyond standard ceremonies you will implement operational metric reviews and flow management to boost outcomes.
