Roles and Responsibilities
Travel to customer and training locations as required by business needs
Required Qualifications
Solid Experience in MRO
Expert-level understanding of engine and module disassembly and assembly procedures
Proven hands-on technical experience working on LEAP engines and/or modules
Demonstrated experience delivering technical training or coaching to others
Understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to MRO operations (e.g. aviation authority and quality standards)
Practical experience performing stack and balance processes on engine/modules
Deep product knowledge of GE and CFM engine platforms; LEAP or GEnx experience strongly preferred.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
