Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients ensuring the smooth operation of their energy systems and resolving any technical issues that may arise. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients regarding their energy systems including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process.

- Conduct on-site visits to assess and troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the timely and accurate installation of energy systems for clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in energy technology to provide the most effective solutions to clients.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams.

- Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the engineering team for continuous improvement.

- Travel to client sites as needed including occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role preferably in the energy industry.

- Strong knowledge of energy systems and related technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
