Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to customers regarding hemp-based CBD products.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on product usage.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and provide feedback on product improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of hemp-based CBD products and their benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
  • Experience working with CBD products or in the wellness industry is a plus.
