- Provide remote technical support to customers regarding hemp-based CBD products.
- Assist customers with product inquiries troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on product usage.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and provide feedback on product improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of hemp-based CBD products and their benefits.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with customers.
- Problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Experience working with CBD products or in the wellness industry is a plus.
