We are currently looking for a Lithuanian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international support team serving customers across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are fluent in Lithuanian and English and are looking to build a stable career in customer support while working remotely from anywhere in Portugal specifically those based in the Lisbon this role you will provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone email and chat. Your main objective will be to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism empathy and efficiency. You will help resolve inquiries guide users through products or services and ensure that issues are addressed quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

Requirements
