Responsibilities

Review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and guidelines.

Provide support related to e-commerce content and marketplace activities.

Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content.

Handle large volumes of content while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Manage queue volumes effectively during high-demand periods such as promotional seasons.

Make rational and well-judged decisions when reviewing content.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain platform safety and integrity.

Deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism when interacting with users.
Requirements

Fluent Czech (C1/C2) and good English level (B2 or higher).

Strong content moderation skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Ability to make fair objective and rational decisions.

Strong customer service mindset and empathy.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure especially during peak campaign or promotion periods.
