HR | Team Support Trainee

As a Team Support Trainee you will be integrated into our People and Operations team in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in a fast-paced tech environment learning how to bridge the gap between talent acquisition business demand and administrative excellence. Your main activities will include:

• Recruitment Support: Collaborating on the creation of engaging Job Descriptions and performing initial CV screening.
• Platform Management: Supporting the lifecycle of job openings and updating candidate statuses within our internal platform.
• Document Preparation: Formatting and enhancing CVs for both candidates and employees to ensure high-quality presentation to our clients.
• Logistical Support: Coordinating and scheduling technical validations between candidates/employees and clients.
• Public Tenders: Assisting in the analysis of tender requirements screening suitable profiles and organizing the necessary documentation.
• Business Interface: Collaborating with the Demand Team to align profile needs and providing administrative support for outsourcing operations

Qualifications :

Academic Background: Bachelors degree (Level 6) in Management Human Resources or similar areas. Eligibility: Must be eligible for an IEFP internship (6-month duration). Skills & Mindset: Strong organizational skills and administrative rigor.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a capacity to analyze technical profiles.
• Proactive attitude and a true team player spirit.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets PowerPoint).
• Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Availability: Start date planned for April / May 2026. 
• Location: Based in our Lisbon office (Parque das Nações)
