Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Pipeline Development
- Build a strong understanding of our cybersecurity products and services
- Generate leads through cold outreach networking events partnerships and digital channels
- Identify qualify and engage IT and cybersecurity decision-makers within target industries
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective discovery and value-based pitching
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal negotiation and handover for implementation
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline to support sales targets
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations demos and proposal materials
- Maintain strong customer engagement through timely follow-ups and proactive communication
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strategic clients
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Marketing and Tech teams to refine strategies and meet shared goals
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on market insights and client interactions
Professional Growth
- Continuously expand your industry network and stay updated on market trends
- Participate in ongoing training to improve your product knowledge and sales capabilities
Job Requirements
- Postgraduate Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Information Technology Cybersecurity or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity sales roles
- Exposure to enterprise clients or regulated industries
- Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation customer engagement and building relationships
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Selfmotivated proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
Job details:
- Permanent employment
- Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm/9am - 6pm/9:30am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)
- Benefits:
