Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to drive successful lead conversions maximizing sales value through excellent discovery and client management and proactively building a pipeline of sales opportunities. This role requires effective workload management to meet sales targets and adherence to KPI metrics set by the Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Build strong relationships by understanding client needs providing timely responses and ensuring a positive client experience in every interaction.
- Actively generate and convert leads follow up on opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Prepare accurate quotes manage CRM records diligently and prioritize high-impact opportunities to maximize profit and efficiency.
- Take ownership of results meet KPIs for quotes tasks and conversions and continuously seek ways to improve performance.
- Use CRM and digital tools effectively to manage pipelines track progress and deliver data-driven insights for decision-making.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements
Essential Required for role
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales business development or customer service (preferably in B2B or technical services).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills (verbal and written English and Vietnamese).
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive self-motivated and target-driven.
Desirable Beneficial for role
- Additional training or certification in sales or customer relationship management.
- Experience in the TIC (Testing Inspection and Certification) industry.
- Exposure to international clients or regional sales support.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and data-driven selling approaches.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
