Job Summary

Company Background

We are representing our client that provides Electrical and Mechanical engineering solutions including Electrical (High/Low Voltage) ELV Systems ACMV & HVAC Systems Clean Room Systems Fire Protection Clean Energy Solutions Data Center Solutions and etc. They are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the companys projects and oversee day-to-day operational functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the Groups overall operations including engineering project management procurement and site execution.
Ensure efficient delivery of projects in terms of timeline cost quality and safety.
Strengthen operational systems processes and governance to support the companys growth.
Work closely with the CEO and senior management to execute strategic initiatives and expand project capabilities.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
10 years of experience in engineering construction or M&E contracting environment.
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong operational leadership project execution and stakeholder management capabilities.
Must be willing to travel to projects site

Job details:

Permanent employment
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm) & Sat (9.00am - 1.00pm)
