Czech Content Moderator Opportunity

We are looking for motivated Czech-speaking professionals who want to experience life in one of Europes most vibrant cities while working for a world-leading digital platform.

Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site)
Start date: 30 April 2026
Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts)
Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Your Role

Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines
Identify and assess content that may violate community policies
Make fair and rational decisions while handling sensitive cases
Maintain quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Help create a safe and trusted online marketplace experience

What Were Looking For

Fluent Czech (C1) and English (B2)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and good judgment
Customer-oriented mindset and empathy
Ability to work in a dynamic high-volume environment
Interest or knowledge in e-commerce platforms is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: 920 gross x 14 months
Bonus: 45 x 11 months
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
Health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)
