What Youll Do

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guest rooms and suites.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize their experience to surprise and delight.
• Prepare serve and clear in-room dining orders with attention to detail and brand standards.
• Support the Mixbar and ensure rooms are always stocked stylish and on-brand.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently while maintaining Ws Whatever/Whenever attitude.
• Collaborate with your team and leaders to create seamless service experiences.
• Uphold cleanliness safety and operational standards at all times.

What Were Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality guest service and creating unforgettable moments.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Room Service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional confident presence.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Czech or other languages are a plus.
