Job Summary
We are looking for Network Engineer Specialist (Ericsson / Telco).

Start: ASAP
Workload: full-time (40h/week)
Location: Prague Czech Republic (hybrid min. 2 days onsite)

Responsibilities:
Plan design and optimize network solutions within environment
Lead solution design for Ericsson ENM Core platform replacement including integration and implementation planning
Create High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation
Collaborate with Ericsson and other vendors reviewing and validating technical proposals
Perform connectivity planning capacity planning and network dimensioning
Support network transformation activities and ensure alignment with company strategy
Conduct technical analysis assessments and evaluate technology roadmaps
Ensure lifecycle management of network platforms including compliance with security requirements
Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to support smooth handover to production
Requirements:
Strong experience with Ericsson technologies (ENM Core transmission monitoring platforms)
Experience in telecom networks (core radio transmission optics)
Proven experience with HLD/LLD creation and solution design
Ability to read interpret and challenge vendor technical documentation
Experience with integration of platforms in telco environments
Strong understanding of network architecture and engineering principles
Fluent English (B2) ability to communicate with international stakeholders
Nice to have:
Knowledge of security requirements in telco environments
