Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester to join the team in Prague. The role is focused purely on classical manual testing no automation no experimental frameworks.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Prague (hybrid)
Remote/Onsite: 12 days/week onsite
Language: Czech or Slovak required
Responsibilities:
- Creation of test cases for:
- FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing integration functional E2E)
- Customer UAT testing
- Preparation of test data (in cooperation with analysts and developers)
- Test execution:
- FAT
- Smoke tests
- Regression testing
- Support during customer UAT:
- Consultations
- Explanations
- Coordination
- Investigation and validation of fixes for production incidents
- Participation in Incident & Service Management processes
- Support of Release Management:
- Co-creation of Release Notes
- Change validation
- Coordination of a small internal QA team (2 testers)
- Effort estimation for testing activities in new demands
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience as a Tester
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing within enterprise projects
- Ability to independently create test cases and test data
- Experience with integration functional and E2E testing
- Experience with incident validation and regression testing
- Ability to communicate effectively with analysts developers and customers
Nice to have:
- Experience with UAT coordination
- Experience working in structured release / incident management processes
