Job Summary

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist customers with delivery services and shipment inquiries. This on-site role is based in Piraeus Athens Greece offering the opportunity to work in an international team and develop strong customer service skills.

You will support customers through various communication channels while ensuring efficient and empathetic problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through phone email and digital platforms.

  • Assist with package tracking and delivery requests.

  • Support customers with billing questions and claims processing.

  • Provide guidance on services and account setup.

  • Resolve issues while maintaining high service quality.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Native or C1 level Italian proficiency.

  • B2 level English skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good computer literacy and typing ability.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

  • Customer service experience is considered an advantage.
