Job Overview

We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Representative for a remote role based in Thessaloniki Greece. In this position you will assist customers with booking inquiries account questions and service-related issues while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.

  • Assist with booking management cancellations and modifications.

  • Support payment and refund inquiries.

  • Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

  • Ensure timely and accurate support for all requests.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1 level).

  • English proficiency (B2 level).

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.
