Role Overview
Are you a fluent German speaker currently residing in Greece and looking for a fresh career move this April We are currently managing an urgent recruitment drive for our client. As a Customer service and Customer support Representative you will be the first point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring their queries are handled with professionalism empathy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality Customer service in German via phone email and live chat.
  • Resolve technical or account-related issues with empathy and precision.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
  • Navigate digital platforms and internal systems to document customer interactions accurately.

Requirements
  • Native or near-native fluency in German.
  • Strong command of the English language (B2 level or higher).
  • You must already be residing in Greece to facilitate our fast-track recruitment process.
