As a Client Service Associate - Evening Shift in the evening team (17:3001:00) you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between global clients and industry experts. You will support time-sensitive projects across regions ensuring seamless communication and delivering exceptional service during key international business hours.
Hybrid structure: first 3 months onsite (office-based training and onboarding)
Followed by remote work from home

Facilitate connections between clients and experts ensuring a smooth and professional experience

Requirements
03 years of professional experience
Undergraduate degree
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
