Essential Functions:

Assists in coordinating assigned projects and initiatives.
Performs data and research analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Prepares reports and presents results to clients in a clear and effective manner.
Collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives and support continuous improvement.
Conducts research on healthcare industry trends and best practices to inform strategic planning.
Participates in professional growth and skill development activities.

Education Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in Hospital/Health Administration Business Administration or other related field required.
Masters Degree preferred.

Skills:

Familiarity with data management systems spreadsheet and presentation software.
Effective communication and organization skills to interact with medical staff consultants external professionals administrators and employees at all levels.
Ability to convert ambiguity into a framework for advancement of work product and deliverables.
Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and a willingness to seek out learning opportunities.

Experience:

Experience in a health care governmental or health insurer setting preferred.
