What you will be doing in this role
The San GP Centre is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time (2 days per week) or casual basis to deliver high-quality clinical care both in-clinic and in patients homes.
As a Registered Nurse at San GP Centre you will provide a broad range of practice nursing services while supporting preventative health and chronic disease management. Your role will include delivering clinical care in the treatment room coordinating care plans conducting comprehensive health assessments (within clinic and through homes visits) and working closely with GPs to identify early risk factors and supporting proactive health management to support optimal patient outcomes.

Who were looking for
You are a proactive and patient-focused Registered Nurse who enjoys working collaboratively in general practice. You bring strong clinical judgement excellent communication skills and a commitment to preventative healthcare.
Requirements:
- Experience in general practice nursing community nursing or aged care (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in conducting health assessments
- Knowledge of immunisation standards infection control and preventative health care
- Valid Drivers Licence (required for home visits) & full Australian work rights
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent organisational communication and documentation skills.
