What you will be doing in this role
In this full-time position you will play a key role in delivering compassionate high-quality care to young patients in our Paediatrics ward while also providing vital support to their families and caregivers. Youll be responsible for caring for children recovering from a variety of procedures including ENT surgeries tonsillectomies adenoids grommets orthopaedic surgeries GIT procedures allergy testing and other medical and respiratory conditions.
With your empathetic nature and experience in paediatrics youll provide comfort reassurance and expert care to children during what can be a challenging time for both them and their families. Your strong clinical skills sound judgment and confident decision-making will be central to your practice as you navigate the complexities of paediatric care.

Who were looking for
- Were looking for someone with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and at least 12 months of paediatric experience ensuring you can provide expert compassionate care to children.
- A warm and empathetic approach is key as we need someone who can build genuine supportive relationships with young patients and their families offering comfort during challenging times.
- Clear compassionate communication is essentialboth verbally and in writingso you can collaborate effectively with patients their families and your team.
- Availability for a Full-Time role with the flexibility to work across a rotating roster will be important in this dynamic environment.
- Youll need unrestricted Australian working rights and a strong commitment to delivering care with professionalism kindness and dedication.
