The expected salary for this position: 7100 - 12000 PLN

We are looking for you if you:
- Have >3 years in similar area preferably at a strategic level in an international financial services provider organization
- Have knowledge about sourcing way of working (e.g Agile) and is familiar with the IT area
- Have significant knowledge in reporting set up when making use of various sources
- Have experience working with onshore and offshore teams cross country collaboration and cross functional teams
- Have strong knowledge of Excel and Power Query and/off Power BI other reporting tools
- Have significant experience with clear communication escalation and program interventions
- Master English business language/communication (spoken as well as written)
- Have analytical (quantitative/ qualitative) approach
- Have facilitation and influencing skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- ability to present formal /informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner
- ability to design and facilitate a clear improvement plan with all stakeholders
- Have ability to deal well with ambiguity and new content in a very broad range of situations
- Have ability to function effectively individually as well as in a group
- Emotional resilience and confidence: adapts easily to new environments remains calm and continues to perform under pressure; talks openly and honestly; gives and acts on constructive feedback
Your responsibilities:
Contract KPIs
- Facilitate and drive several key processes for risk compliance and reporting
- Specific responsibility is to setup evolve and execute the comprehensive KPI framework agreed with our (Strategic) System Integrators. Based on received input create proper analysis and action plan and align with the business organization and external (SSI) suppliers
- Run KPI (MS) Surveys across the global ING Tech domains analyze the results and prepare communication pack (ppt)
- Update KPI metrics as needed to reflect business priorities and contract changes
Reporting:
- Guide and support ING and (Strategic) Suppliers stakeholder in the whole process: shared objectives shared tooling timely and adequate reporting are key in monitoring our progress against the objectives and contractual commitments
- Provide qualitative reporting for sourcing governance and present the reporting towards ING stakeholders as well as (Strategic) Suppliers
- Establish a clear communication path and facilitate transparent reporting together with the Portfolio Manager(s) Global Sourcing and Category Experts (Strategic) Suppliers and ING internal organization (countries and domains)
Governance and stakeholder management:
- Support the Global Expert Lead SSI services and Portfolio manager(s) with development of various templates
- Support global sourcing lead and Global Sourcing and Category Experts with regular sourcing governance and reporting
- Support contract management with SSI suppliers ensuring compliance and value delivery
- Support sourcing with non-SSI specific skills (niche) suppliers ensuring best terms and conditions
Surveys:
- Design execute and manage stakeholder and partner satisfaction surveys ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and organizational objectives
- Analyze survey data calculate participation rates and generate actionable insights and reports for leadership and partner review
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. CIOs hiring managers HR sourcing teams) to ensure accurate participant targeting and high response rates
- Present survey results and recommendations to management partners and relevant boards facilitating discussions on performance improvement and contract negotiations
- Oversee the use of digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Forms Excel) for survey distribution data collection and reporting ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Monitor compliance with survey frequency and participation thresholds and initiate follow-up actions when KPIs fall below agreed standards
- Drive continuous improvement by updating survey methodologies refining KPIs and tracking the implementation of recommendations

Technology category consists of Global Category Leads Sourcing and Category Experts Sourcing and Contracting Experts Sourcing Project Managers and SAM team.
In this pivotal role where youll join a newly formed high-performing team of specialists. Reporting directly to the Global Expert Lead SSI services youll have the opportunity to support strategic decisions and deliver results that matter on a global scale. The Global SSI Services team ensures the effective execution of SSI sourcing across all ING countries and tech domains by actively managing the global SSI procurement portfolio. They develop and deliver the longterm category strategy oversee transitions to ING Hubs or strategic partners and ensure alignment with the ING Way of Working. The team drives sourcing excellence and supplier performance through handson guidance demand coordination risk and quality control and realtime reporting. They also maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders ensuring contracts are executed properly while fostering an innovative collaborative partner ecosystem.
