The position
Join a dynamic team at the heart of our organization Global CRM & Sales Excellence. Our department has special focus on delivering high quality training and changing management to support our affiliates and optimize their ways of working to help more patients with allergies. We furthermore set the directions for sales training digital channels CRM and content management as the key enablers to deliver impactful results.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global CRM Project Specialist to join our this role you will drive the planning execution and optimization of global CRM initiatives ensuring alignment across markets and delivering impactful customer engagement initiatives. Additionally this role will be responsible for supporting the global business administration of ALKs content management system PromoMats encompassing end-user support system maintenance and continuous development and optimization. You will work cross-functionally with marketing sales IT and regional teams to implement Veeva CRM solutions improve customer journeys and support data-driven decision-making.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Coordinate global CRM projects from planning through testing execution and evaluation.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent CRM strategy and local adaptation.
• Analyze customer data and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Support Veeva CRM & PromoMats system enhancements integrations and data quality initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop documentation training materials and best practices for CRM usage.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

This role is based in Krakow Poland and includes approximately 1520 travel days per year supporting global rollouts and close collaboration with local markets.

Your profile
We expect that you have:

• Solid understanding and experience from the Pharmaceutical Industry within business support/marketing/IT (3 years).
• Bachelors degree in business administration IT or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Veeva CRM).
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional or global projects.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
