Job Summary

Role: Sr. Analyst - Claims (Individual Contributor)

Location: Pune MH

Work Model: Onsite (first 6 months)-Hybrid (After 6 months of joining)

Shift: UK/US shift

Skills Specification:

1) Minimum 3 years of experience in End-to-End claim hnadling for business lines under General Insurance (Property General Liability casualty and etc Not Motors)

2) Proven track record of successful claim resolutions and customer satisfaction in brokerage claims firm

3) Strong knowledge of insurance regulations policies and procedure

4) Insurance regulations and laws and Claims handling procedures

5) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
