Your Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
- You will formulate and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the companys vision identifying market trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
- You will set and track specific KPIs across activation acquisition conversion retention referrals and revenue ensuring the company consistently meets its product growth targets.
- You will regularly review performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Market and amp; Data Analysis
- You will conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs the competitive landscape and emerging trends in the fintech payments sector.
- You will use data analytics to monitor product performance metrics including user acquisition retention rates and engagement levels making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- You will work closely with engineering marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
- You will facilitate clear communication between teams aligning goals and ensuring insights are shared effectively across the organisation.
- You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience of payment products gathering user feedback through testing and surveys to refine features and improve satisfaction.
What Success looks like
- Key growth KPIs across activation acquisition conversion retention and revenue are consistently met or exceeded quarter on quarter.
- Data-driven strategies result in measurable improvements in user acquisition and retention rates within the first six months.
- Payment products demonstrate strong user engagement scores supported by continuous UX improvements informed by real user feedback.
- Cross-functional teams are well-aligned with clear shared goals and a regular cadence of insight sharing driving cohesive execution.
- Experimentation is embedded into the product development process with A/B and multivariate tests running regularly and informing meaningful product decisions.
To be considered for this role you should have
- 5 to 7 years of experience in product management or growth roles preferably within fintech or SaaS.
- A degree in business finance technology or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in product management or fintech are an advantage.
- A proven track record of driving user acquisition retention and engagement through data-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Expert knowledge of testing methodologies including A/B testing multivariate testing incrementality testing and usability testing.
- Understanding of software development processes and experience with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with payment processing technologies is a plus.
