Key contributor in shaping exceptional customer experiences in our Home Claims Supply Chainbusiness. Were looking for a passionate professional who thrives on designing improved customer journeys facilitating collaborative workshops and driving process improvements that put the customer at the centre of everything we do.
This role focuses Project deliverycustomer journey mapping human-centred design and engaging stakeholders through facilitationto create and implement future-state processes that deliver seamless transparent and efficient claims experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Successfullydelivery of theSupply Chain Claims Value Transformation (CVT) PoW including HomeRepair expansion.
Design customer journeyswith a Supply Chain focus that reflect empathy and deliver improved outcomes across the Home Claims lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops and co-design sessionswith stakeholders to uncover pain points and ideate innovative solutions.
Collaborate with business teams to map current and future-state processes ensuring alignment with customer needs and organisational goals.
Develop clear artefacts (journey maps process flows and design documentation) to support decision-making and adoption.
Champion customer-first thinkingand foster engagement across all levels of the organisation.
Lead design and delivery of Supply Chain Claims Value Transformation initiatives ensuring readiness and adoption across Home Claims
Proven ability to facilitate workshopsand drive collaborative outcomes.
3 years in business project delivery experience.
Background in process design business analysis and project delivery with a focus on customer experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
Strategic and conceptual thinker who can translate insights into actionable designs.
Tertiary qualifications in a business or design-related discipline (desired).
Experience in insurance or large enterprise environments is highly regarded.
