Job Summary
KPMGs Transformation Delivery and Change Practice delivers expert program management project delivery and change management services across some of Australias most significant transformation programs. Our national team continues to grow in response to increasing client demand across a wide range of industries helping organisations design plan lead and assure complex pieces of work.
We partner with clients facing unprecedented levels of change providing realtime advice and support throughout the lifecycle of major programs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformation efforts across Government and Healthcare.
Your Opportunity
As a Manager - Transformation Delivery & Change you will play a pivotal role in leading governance delivery and stakeholder engagement across complex program environments. This permanent Perth-based role will help grow the Infrastructure Government and Health practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of engagements and projects ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Providing strategic real-time advice to senior government officials on delivery risks and challenges.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating workshops to uncover insights and drive action.
- Coaching and mentoring team members fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Supporting business development activities including proposal preparation and client engagement.
- Managing engagement budgets timelines and resources to deliver on client expectations.

Your Experience
- Proven experience in Clinical transformation Mental health and Digital health.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead junior teams to deliver scope expectations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present with impact.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to solve complex problems with commercial acumen.
- Experience managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- A passion for innovation and continually learning about emerging tech and AI.
