Job Description
Job Summary:
This position provides both general and specialized administrative support for the Bozeman MT operations and team. The role supports a wide range of activities and requires a strong understanding of company operations policies and procedures. Responsibilities span multiple functional areas including operations shipping & receiving quality assurance and document control.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Process and manage visitor requests
Schedule/coordinate company sponsored events
Assist with office and visitor lunches etc.
Provide support for employee travel arrangements
Perform document control including maintenance of training records and controlled documents
Provide data entry support for various business functions
Maintain administrative resources and supplies
Coordinate and manage relationships with local facility vendors
Provide shipping and receiving support as needed
Perform other duties as required and provide administrative support to additional departments as necessary
Job Qualifications:
College diploma in business or related field preferred
2-4 years relevant experience in operations and/or administrative support preferred
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Flexible team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen U.S. national legal permanent resident asylee refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
