Position Overview
The Healthcare Sales Specialist (Outreach Specialist) drives community engagement and enrollment growth through strategic outreach initiatives. Unlike traditional sales roles this position centers on relationship development education and partnership-building with community referral sources.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel in consultative engagement and community relationship management rather than high-pressure sales environments.
Key Responsibilities

Plan coordinate and execute community outreach activities and events

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources including:

Generate qualified referrals and support enrollment growth

Educate community partners on available healthcare services and program eligibility
-
Develop and implement monthly outreach and marketing strategies
-
Track outreach activities and referral pipelines using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Qualifications
Experience

2-5 years of professional experience
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
-
Healthcare or senior care industry experience preferred
-
Outside sales or field marketing experience strongly preferred
Education
Additional Requirements

Ability to obtain state-required marketing certification within 30 days of hire

Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
-
Willingness to travel locally for community outreach and engagement
